Restoring a purchase

Open the app, go to the Pro screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Run Calibrate on a flat, steady surface, remove thick or uneven cases, and in Sight mode stand square to the gable end. Readings are estimates.
